  • We assemble the best and most experienced project teams and drive the whole delivery process from site acquisition stage through planning, funding and construction to the completion of the latent defects period. We have a detailed understanding of and contacts with those parties who have proved themselves in the sector in the past and will aim to establish partnering arrangements where appropriate.
  • We provide the relevant build costs and build-ability information pre-contract for the development appraisal, and ultimately procure and administer the build contract giving regard to those appraised parameters (cost/programme/health and safety performance/quality).
  • We are also proven in the field of value engineering (cost down AND value up) and for introducing and incorporating numerous innovations in the fields of partnering/procurement, offsite fabrication, materials and methods.
  • Once we have established the client brief – we will offer all the duties as listed in the services pages of this website. We will also:

    • Prepare, issue and monitor a whole scheme delivery plan and a risk schedule. These will define roles and responsibilities for all involved.
    • Lead and motivate team to succeed through use of both partnering principles and measurement of performance (carrot and stick).
    • Provide all project information required (e.g. cost estimate/cash-flow etc.) for business case and approval at feasibility stage.
    • Protect Clients reputation by checking compliance with all Health, Safety and CDM Regulations.
    • Agree scope, documentation and fees with consultant team, defining their appointment by Client.
    • Issue monthly reports on health of entire project
    • Act as Clients agent/contract administrator, issue all instructions and certificates to the main contractor and consultant team within pre-agreed parameters.
    • Observe the progress and quality of the work during construction to determine that the work is proceeding in accordance with the contract documents, and monitor the construction programme to verify that this work is being done in a timely manner. Report to the Client any conditions which may cause material delay.
    • Put in place any special measures, recovery plans or contingency measures required to safe-guard the projects objectives. See things early, report them clearly, be proactive and remedy things as soon as they are apparent.
    • Carry out final inspections of the work. Review list of items to be completed or corrected by contractor and recommend format and signing of Certificate of Practical Completion.
    • Where appropriate and with the appointed consultants develop and appraise phasing options and transitional arrangements during the construction process to ensure that the agreed objectives of the project are met.
